What type of wax do you use for wax melts?
At Scent Unlocked, we carefully select our ingredients to create wax melts you'll love! Our handcrafted melts are made using ProBlend 650 (PB-650), a premium para-soy wax blend combining approximately 52% soy wax and 48% paraffin wax. Specially formulated for wax melts, this blend offers excellent fragrance retention, a smooth, creamy finish, and the ability to release beautiful aromas as it warms. Its firm consistency helps our melts maintain their shape, while its impressive scent-throw potential allows our carefully selected fragrances to fill your favorite spaces with comforting aromas. Made in small batches with love and care in Dover, Pennsylvania, our wax melts are designed to turn everyday moments into unforgettable memories.
 

How long can I expect the scent to last when using your wax melts?
Fragrance longevity varies depending on the wax blend, fragrance, warmer temperature, room size, and how long the melts are warmed. Your wax may continue to melt even after its fragrance has faded. This is completely normal! When you can no longer enjoy the scent as much as you'd like, it's time to replace the wax.
